No, this isn’t me, but it could be if I hadn’t learned how to plan for dinners.  When you have a meal plan, you are more prepared for all the craziness that can come your way.  Whether it is your typical busy day (soccer, lacrosse, baseball games, swim lessons), illness (Yes, my Multiple Sclerosis affects my dinner prep abilities sometimes), injury (I may be an expert in this area, if you know my family) or just trying to make a stress-free dinner prep time, these posts will speak to you.

I am going to share different tips and ideas over the next couple of weeks for Meal Planning to help you so that your family can Prosper.  Let’s get going…
